Congress changes its list of portfolios in the last minutes, here are the latest details

Congress has finalised portfolio of 15 ministers and has kept 7 pending. According to the latest list, here are the Congress MLAs swearing in as ministers. Jayamala is the only woman to be inducted as the minister.
