Nissan launches Magnite sub-compact SUV, prices start Rs 5.02 lakh

Nissan's latest BSUV, the Magnite, has hit the market. The ex-showroom price of the vehicle starts from Rs 5,02,860, the company said in a statement. The special introductory offer is available until December 31, 2020.

Pan-India bookings at dealerships and websites have also started. The company said that virtual test drive is now available on the website and it is the first of its kind in the automotive world.

Magnite comes with an optional HRA0 1.0L engine, which Nissan claims, gives it the best fuel economy in the segment of 20 kmpl. Magnite is also offered with a CVT box and the certified mileage on this is 17.7 kmpl

The stand-out features are the L-shaped daytime running lamps and LED fog lamps. The Magnite comes with first-in-segment sleek bi-projector LED headlamps and LED turn indicators. There are 9 body colors, 5 monotone and 4 dual tone are available to suit customer tastes.

The vehicle has more than 20 first-class and best-in-segment features. Nissan's best technologies are provided throughout the model range. These include the Xtronic CVT, cruise control, 360 degree surround view monitor and Nissan Connect.

Nissan also offers an optional 'tech pack' for tech savvy customers. Includes wireless charger, air purifier, ambient mood lighting, paddle lamps and high end speakers.
