This easy recipe for ice-cream only takes 10 minutes of your time and requires you to use salt and ziplock bags. You can improvise and change the rest of the ingredients.

Take 2-3 cups of crushed or cubed ice and place it in a big ziplock bag. After this, add 13 cup of salt to the ice.

In a smaller ziplock bag, add 1 cup of milk, 1 ½ tablespoon of sugar and ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence. Seal and place the smaller bag in the bigger zip lock bag and shake it well for 5 minutes.

After this, let the bags rest on a towel for a few more minutes. Take out the scoops of ice-cream and serve it.
