Thermal checking of voters will be done at the polling station location/polling station's entry point, either by polling staff or Para Medical staff or Asha worker.
If the temperature is above the guidelines of the Union health ministry at first reading, then it will be checked twice. If the temperature remains above normal, then the elector shall be provided with a token and asked to come for voting during the last hour of the voting.
At the last hour of the poll, Covid patients will be able to vote while strictly following the related preventive measures.
Those who are Covid-19 infected and the polling officers will have to wear PPEs when the person votes.
