Angry lover tries to take revenge by molesting girl, posts video on social media

FollowIn a horrific incident a graduation student from Kanigiri town in Prakasam district was molested by her friends, while boyfriend captured the whole incident on mobile and posted it in on Facebook and WhatsApp. According to the primary report of the police, the young girl pursuing her graduation was in a relationship with Karthik. She had recently started avoiding him and angered at this rejection, he hatched a plan for revenge.
On the pretext of going to a temple, Karthik and his friends, the girl and her friend set off. Instead of the temple, the trio took the girls to a field near Kanigiri where Karthik asked his friend to rape the girl while he laughed as he filmed the whole thing. The victim's friend tried to protect her but in vain.
A few days ago the video was uploaded onto social media, causing the parents to come forward and file a complaint with the police. The incident came to light after a week and the culprits Karthik, Sai, Pawan have been arrested. The main accused, Sai is pursuing Bsc in Agriculture, Karthik is doing Btech and Pawan is a son of a police constable. All of them have been booked under relevant sections of the Nirbhaya Act.
