Many of us have heard of meditation and how it helps calm our mind and body. But more often we find ourselves unable to get started or track our progress. What's sought is a guide that will help one master meditation, especially at a time when Covid-induced anxiety is commonly prevalent.

Well, the 'Dhyana ring', developed with insights from ace badminton coach Pulella Gopichand, could be your solution.

Created by Hyderabad-based startup Avantari Technologies Private Limited, the 'Dhyana Ring' tracks the performance of meditators on parameters like breathing, relaxation and focus with algorithms that track heart rate variations.

'Dhyana ring', which is priced at Rs 6999, analyses how well you breathe, relax and focus. It gives you instant feedback and guidance on the mobile screen while you meditate, and also a detailed break-down report after your meditation session.
