Bengaluru: Deputy Commissioner of Police (Central), Chetan Singh Rathore on Thursday (December 19) sang the national anthem, influencing all protesters to rise from their place, who later agreed to culminate the agitation.

After singing the national anthem, the protesters vacated the place without any argument, agreeing to the DCP's speech.

Earlier, while attempting to strike a chord with the protesters and to convince them to leave, Rathore had also warned them about how anti-social elements can use such agitations for their benefit.
