Instead of aiding digestion, it can lead to digestive disorders and increase the risk of serious health problems like heart disease, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases. Choosing healthy beverages like water, herbal teas, or homemade fruit juices over artificial soft drinks or soda is beneficial for both physical and mental well-being.
