TTD cancels tokens for devotees for 3 days

Synopsis

Divyadarsanam tokens for July 15 and 16 have been cancelled The decision was taken in view of the weekend rush The tokens will be issued again from Monday

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD), the independent trust which manages the Tirumala Venkateswara Temple, has announced its decision to cancel divyadarsanam tickets on July 14, 15 and 16.

Divyadarsanam tokens will not be issued on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The announcement comes after keeping in view of the weekend rush.

TTD requested the devotees coming on foot to note the announcement and cooperate with the authorities.

However, tickets will be issued again from Monday, July 17. From Monday, 20 thousand tokens will be issued by slot system. The devotees, who get the divyadarsanam tokens, will have the chance to see the deity in two-and-a-half hours.
