The rafre smartphone is not just water resistant, but it can withstand hot water too. It has a 5-inch touchscreen display. Interestingly, the touchscreen has been used with wet hands as well as gloves. So, a great option when you are looking up recipes and simultaneously cooking. In addition, it comes loaded with a kitchen app that supports hand gestures.

On the flip side, the water and soap resistance has ensured you won't get access to the traditional speaker. However, it does come with smart sonic receiver technology that transmits sound via vibrations. The specs sheet also includes 2GB of RAM, 16GB onboard storage, 13-megapixel camera, 3,000mAh battery and will run the latest flavour of Android - Nougat.

The smartphone is real and will launch in Japan in March this year in Pale pink, Clear white and Light blue colours.
