Are you feeling sapped right in the middle of the week? Are you feeling the work pressure get to you? Well here's Mahindra Group Chairman Anand Mahindra's mantra that may come in handy.

In a tweet, Anand Mahindra said: "Mid-week motivation. When I find my ability to focus flagging halfway through the week, it usually has nothing to do with external factors. 1) A longer spell of meditation & pranayam in the morning & 2) A more intensive workout in the evening help me keep my head up!"
