Shuhaib murder: 2 CPM workers arrested
Synopsis
On Sunday, Kerala police arrested eight people in connection with the murder of Youth Congress leader Shuhaib. Shuhaib was hacked to death at Thyroor in the district on 12 February. Two other Congress workers Riyas, 28, and Noushad, 36, were also injured in the attack.
Two CPM workers from Kerala were arrested on Monday in connection with the murder of a 30-year-old Youth Congress worker in Kannur on February 13.
The arrested accused will be produced before the court later on Monday.

In recent times, several Congress workers were hacked to death in Kerala. The Congress has accused the CPM for the murders and has called for a strike on Tuesday.
