Pulsar Suni's lawyer Pratheesh Chacko likely to be named accused

Pulsar Suni had said that he handed over his mobile phone to his counsel Pratheesh Chacko Police have now summoned him and there are rumours that he will be named accused Kerala High Court made clear that it will not interfere if the cops are planning to arrest the counsel

Kerala police summoned Advocate Pratheesh Chacko, who was the counsel of Pulsar Suni in actress attack case. Rumours are that the officials are trying to name him in the accused list. 

Kerala High Court had earlier made it clear that it will not interfere if the investigation agencies want to arrest the lawyer. The Special Investigation Team (SIT) was already to planning to question him in the case. 

Pulsar Suni had earlier said that he handed over the mobile phone, which was used to film the actress during the incident, to the lawyer. The police had questioned him earlier based on the statement. 

Investigation agency is planning to interrogate him based on further evidence they have which led to the arrest of Dileep. The officials have clearly mentioned that more persons will be arrested in the case. 

They are also planning to take the statement of a Congress MLA who called Suni repeatedly after actress attack.
