The Angamaly first class magistrate court has extended the police custody of actor Dileep, who was arrested in the actress attack case, till tomorrow evening.
The court extended Dileep's custody till Saturday 5 pm. The actor's bail plea will also be considered tomorrow.
As the two-day remand period of Dileep got over, the actor was presented at the Angamaly first class magistrate court on Friday, 11 am. He was brought to the court under heavy police protection.
Dileep was interrogated at the Aluva police club once again on Thursday. It is understood that the police are considering making more arrests on Friday.
Meanwhile, there are unconfirmed reports that the probe team has recorded the statement of actress and Dileep’s wife Kavya Madhavan.
