After days of outrage and hatred now the people have started giving the benefit of the doubt to actor Dileep, who was arrested in the actress abduction case.

Some even doubt that the 'People's Hero' might have been framed in the case. 

For the first time since his arrest on June 10, the day he was arrested, people welcomed him with cheers.

A similar crowd used to jeer and boo at him just a few days earlier.

Celebrities like actor-director Murali Gopi, director Vysakh, actor Kalabhavan Sharon, actor-comedian Thesni Khan, cricketer Sreesanth and politician P C George have come up in support for the actor.
