Wife lodges complaint against husband for attempting to push her into flesh trade

A woman was married to a man much senior to her in age when she was barely 15. She was shocked to find out that he was a pimp. The man decided to push his wife into flesh trade. She decided to lodge a complaint with the police Only after the media intervened the police registered her complaint.

A woman married to a man much senior to her in age when she was barely 15,  was in for a shock when she came to know that he was a pimp. The marriage was arranged by her sister in law, after the woman lost her parents and brother.  

On finding out about her husband, the woman complained to her sister in law but it was of no help.  She was leading a difficult life for ten years now but finally the man decided to push his wife into flesh trade. The woman had enough of him and she decided to lodge a complaint with the police, reported Kannada Prabha.

The police did not register her complaint and she went to the media. Only after the media intervened the police registered her complaint. As proof of her allegation she provided voice clippings of her husband talking to several women and clients.

A distant relative decided to help her and gave her shelter at his house. But he is also threatened by the flesh trade mafia.  However, the police have arrested the husband and are investigating.
