 PM Modi comments on Mangalore rains, prays for the well-being of the victims

Heavy rains lashed various parts of Karnataka that further caused waterlogging and falling of trees. The districts where the optimal damage took place, are Mangalore and Udupi. To prevent further loss, the Deputy Collector has announced that schools and colleges will remain closed and has advised people, especially children, to stay indoors. A team of NDRF has also been on standby to prevent any mishaps from happening. PM Modi has tweeted his message to the affected civilians.
