India's youngest single dad to tie knot, plans an exemplary wedding

Synopsis

Aditya Tiwari who hit headlines yesterday for becoming the youngest single father to adopt a child with special abilities is set to tie the knot on July 16. The 28-year-old Pune-based software engineer will marry an Indore girl.

Tiwari intends to celebrate his wedding in a unique way. Unlike hosting a traditional wedding feast with family and friends, Tiwari will feed 10,000 homeless people including children from orphanages. And in a noble move, he will feed 1000 stray and zoo animals to celebrate his big day.

Tiwari’s special invitees will receive books and medicines as gifts, according to a report. In addition to that, the techie plans to plant 100 saplings in the city.

The Pune-based engineer who adopted one and half-year-old baby suffering from Down’s syndrome plans to spread awareness about the genetic disorder at his wedding.

Tiwari had to struggle to get the adoption rights of baby Binni, who is now christened as Avneesh, as until last year single parents were not allowed to adopt.
