BJP leader Manish Shukla death: Accused stayed 2km away from murder spot in under construction apartment

Two days after the murder of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Manish Shukla in West Bengal’s Titagarh, police, on October 6, revealed some shocking information. Police have found the address of the alleged assassins involved in Manish's murder. The accused were hiding in a flat under construction just 2km from the murder spot.  

Kolkata: Two days after the murder of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Manish Shukla in West Bengal’s Titagarh, police, on October 6, accessed CCTV footage of the shocking incident.  While party workers did not stop mocking the police administration, officials revealed some shocking information.

According to sources, the murder of Manish Shukla was a planned one. Although the CBI is currently in charge of the investigation, police have apparently found the address of the accused in Manish's murder.

The accused were hiding in a flat under construction just 2km from the murder spot. Police recovered the address of the house after investigation. After questioning a suspect named Nasir Khan, police found the location of the flat. The belongings of the accused were found after searching the flat. It is believed that the ploy to kill Manish was hatched in the flat. According to reports, the flat was rented out by three to four young men.

The unidentified residents of the flat are now missing. According to local sources, the youths never came out of the flat unless it was very necessary. They always wore a face mask and could not be recognized. They have not been seen in the area since Manish was killed.

Central Bureau of Investigation officials suspect that the youths were brought from foreign countries to kill Manish Shukla.
