Each year, several events are held across the world to honour women and also learn about the numerous challenges they face in this world. A high tea or coffee morning:  Call your friends and family over a morning coffee session or a high tea. Gather everyone over a meetup session to talk about the women in their life, share their stories or talk about women public figures who serve as inspiration. You can also tell the women in your life about how important they are to you.

Promote gender equality at your workplace: While most companies have been advocating gender equality, you can also go back on checking your company’s policies. Ensure that your company’s policies promote gender equality, and in case if there are some policies that are gender-biased, ask to get them changed. Make sure that your organisation is supporting all its female employees.
