The luxury cruise will transport passengers to some of India's and the world's most famous tourist sites, including Goa, Diu, Kochi, the Lakshadweep Islands, and Sri Lanka.

The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) will launch India's first luxury cruise liner on Saturday in collaboration with Cordelia Cruises, a private enterprise. As soon as the coronavirus epidemic subsides and foreign cruises can resume normal operations, reservations will open on the IRCTC online page.

IRCTC had previously said that it has joined hands and inked a deal with Cordelia Cruises, managed by Waterways Leisure Tourism, to market and promote India's first indigenous luxury cruise.  All COVID-19 protocols will be followed during the voyage, and all staff members will be properly vaccinated. According to the government's formal mandate, the number of guests will likewise be regulated.

Cordelia Cruises, according to reports, is one of India's luxury cruise ships, to promote and drive the cruise culture in India via experiences that are elegant, opulent, and, most importantly, authentically Indian.

Cordelia Cruises provides a wide range of recreational and leisure activities, including restaurants, a swimming pool, a bar, an open cinema, a theatre, a kids' section, and a gymnasium. According to evaluations, the level of luxury offered by Cordelia Cruises is comparable to that of international cruise lines.
