Anulom-Vilom pranayam pose or alternate nostril breathingSit cross-legged by keeping your spine straight. Rest your hands on your knees and keep your eyes closed. Now take your right hand on your right nostril and keep it close and inhale from your left nostril. Switch your finger position and exhale from the right nostril.
