Jaguar has quietly unveiled the XF premium car in India for 2021. The base model starts at Rs 71.60 lakh (ex-showroom) and goes up to Rs 76 lakh (ex-showroom) for the top-tier variant. The automobile will be offered in one R-Dynamic S trim level, featuring both petrol and diesel engines. The 2.0-litre petrol engine that produces 247bhp and 365Nm of torque will remain at the core of the XF. It can reach triple-digit speeds in 6.5 seconds and achieve a peak speed of 250kmph.

The diesel option, which had previously been phased out owing to tougher pollution standards, has made a reappearance. It has a power output of 201bhp and a torque output of 430Nm. The diesel version can reach a tonne in 7.6 seconds and has a peak speed of 235kmph.
The diesel edition of the 2018 XF also gets a mild-hybrid powertrain, while transmission chores are handled by the brand's eight-speed automatic gearbox in both types.

There are only a few minor alterations in terms of appearance. The automobile receives a redesigned grille that is somewhat larger and has a chrome outline in its 2021 iteration. The headlight units, as well as the J-shaped LED DRLs, are all new. The LED taillights have also undergone some changes. In addition to these changes, the automobile also sports a new bumper with larger air intakes.
