After the horoscopes did not match, Mohanlal decided to focus on his career. Work kept him busy and he slowly forgot about Suchitra completely. After almost two years his past came and stood right in front of him. When he visited Calicut after two years wfor a work shoot, he received Suchitra's proposal again. Turns out their horoscopes matched this time and Suchitra had been waiting for him silently for over two years.
