Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) have 21 players in their squad for the IPL 2020. The Virat Kohli-led RCB bought eight players at the IPL 2020 auction in Kolkata


Bengaluru: Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) retained only 13 players ahead of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2020 players auction. The Virat Kohli-led picked up eight players at the auction in Kolkata on Thursday (December 19).

The costliest buy for RCB in Kolkata was South African all-rounder Chris Morris. The franchise splurged Rs 10 crore for the right-hander. Now, they have assembled a 21-member squad including eight overseas players.

Kohli is the most expensive player in the squad with Rs 17 crore salary. The next best is South Africa star AB de Villiers with a pay of Rs 11 crore. Once again, the two will be key to RCB as they search for the elusive title. This time they have a new coach in Mike Hesson.
