Uncapped Vishnu Vinod with a ₹20 lakh base sees a mild war between SRH and MI before going to the former for ₹50 lakh.

Uncapped N Jagadeesan has been roped in by CSK for his base of ₹20 lakh.

Uncapped Anmolpreet Singh has been signed up by MI for his base of ₹20 lakh.

Uncapped C Hari Nishaanth is taken by CSK for his base of ₹20 lakh.

Australian wicketkeeper Matthew Wade with a base of ₹2 cr gets bids from GT and PBKS, while the former was ultimately the winner, taking him for ₹2.4 cr.

Indian wicketkeeper Wriddhiman Saha with a base of ₹1 cr goes into battle with CSK and GT. Eventually, GT grabbed him for ₹1.9 cr.

English batter Sam Billings goes to KKr for his base of ₹2 cr.

South African batter David Miller with a base of ₹1 cr has a bidding war between RR and GT, it was the latter that got hold of him for ₹3 cr.

Ashutosh Sharma is unsold, while Anunay Singh is taken by RR for ₹20 lakh.

We will have a 15 min break before getting into the second phase of accelerated auction, while each team will be submitting a list of maximum of seven players based on their requirements.

Uncapped Ashok Sharma sees a battle between RR and KKR with a base of ₹20 lakh. Eventually, it was the latter who got hold of him.

Uncapped Ansh Patel is hired by PBKS for ₹20 lakh.

Lalit Yadav is unsold, while uncapped Mohammad Arshad Khan is grabbed by MI for ₹20 lakh.

Windies pacer Alzarri Joseph with a base of ₹75 lakh gets bids from DC, MI, PBKS and GT before the latter grabbed him for ₹2.20 cr.

Martin Guptill, Bhanuka Rajapaksa, Roston Chase, Ben Cutting and Pawan Negi are unsold. Australian pacer Sean Abbott with a base of ₹75 lakh got bid from DC, SRH and PBKS before eventually being sold to SRH for ₹2.40 cr.

Mayank Yadav, Tejas Baroka, Midhun Sudhesan and Yuvraj Chudasama are unsold. Uncapped Indian pacer Prashant Solanki with a base of ₹20 lakh sees a mild war between RR and CSK before going to the latter for ₹1.20 cr.

Uncapped Indian pacer Chama Milind goes to RCB for ₹25 lakh.

Ben Dwarshuis and Pankaj Jaswal are unsold, while uncapped Indian pacer Mohsin Khan goes to LSG for his base of ₹20 lakh.

Rahmanullah Gurbaz, Ben Mcdermott and Glenn Phillips are unsold. Australian pacer Jason Behrendorff goes to RCB for his base of ₹75 lakh.

Windies pacer Romario Shepherd with a base of ₹75 lakh sees exciting bids from LSG, MI, CSK, SRH and RR. Ultimately, after a long battle, he was taken in by SRH for ₹7.75 cr.

Australian all-rounder Mitchell Santner with a base of ₹1 cr gets bids from SRH and CSK, as the latter gets hold of him for ₹1.90 cr.

Australian all-rounder Daniel Sams with a base of ₹1 cr sees a battle between LSG and MI. Eventually, MI claimed him for ₹2.60 cr.

Windies all-rounder Sherfane Rutherford goes to RCB for his base of ₹1 cr.

South Africa all-rounder Dwaine Pretirious goes to CSK for his base of ₹50 lakh.

Charith Asalanka, George Garton is unsold, while Indian all-rounder Rishi Dhawan with a base for ₹50 lakh goes to PBKS for ₹55 lakh.

Rassie van der Dussen goes unsold. English pacer Jofra Archer with a base of ₹2 cr gets bids from RR, MI and SRH. However, a determined MI signed him in for ₹8 cr.

Alex Hales, Evin Lewis and Karun Nair go unsold. Windies batter Rovman Powell with a base of ₹75 lakh has bids from LSG, CSK and DC, as the latter grabs him for ₹2.80 cr.

New Zealand wicketkeeper Devon Conway goes to CSK for ₹1 crore.

New Zealand batter Finn Allen with a base of ₹50 lakh goes to RCB for ₹80 lakh after a battle with RR.

Mujtaba Yousuf, Kuldeep Sen, Akash Singh are unsold.

Uncapped Indian pacer Simarjett Singh is taken by CSK for his base of ₹20 lakh.

Vasu Vats, Yash Thakur and Arzan Nagwaswalla are unsold. Uncapped Indian pacer Yash Dayal with a base of ₹20 lakh sees a battle between KKR, RCB and GT, while the latter grabbed him for ₹3.20 cr.

Uncapped Indian all-rounder N Tilak Varma with a base of ₹10 lakh sees a mild battle between RR, SRH, CSK and MI, while the latter bagged him in for ₹1.70 crore.

Uncapped Indian all-rounder and U-19 World Cup-winning skipper, Yash Dhull starts at a base of ₹20 lakh, with DC, SRH and PBKS battling before the former bagged him in for ₹50 lakh.

Uncapped Indian all-rounder Ripal Patel goes to DC for his base of ₹20 lakh.

Uncapped Indian all-rounder Lalit Yadav is the first draw in the post-lunch session with a base of ₹20 lakh, as DC and SRH bid for him. Eventually, DC bags him for ₹65 lakh.

Uncapped Indian batter Manan Vohra goes to LSG for his base of ₹20 lakh, while Ricky Bhui remains unsold.

Sri Lankan spinner Maheesh Theekshana with a base of ₹50 lakh goes to CSK for ₹70 lakh after a bid from KKR too.

Tabriaz Shamsi and Qais Ahmad go unsold, while Indian pacer Shahbaaz Nadeem with a base of ₹50 lakh is taken by LSG for the same price.

Indian spinner Mayank Markande with a base of ₹50 lakh receives bids from LSG, MI and RR, while MI has him for ₹65 lakh.

Australian pacer Nathan Coulter-Nile goes unsold.

Sheldon Cottrell goes unsold, while Indian pacer Jaydev Unadkat with a base of ₹75 lakh attracted bids from MI and CSK. Nevertheless, the former walked away with him for ₹1.30 cr.

Indian pacer Navdeep Saini for a base of ₹75 lakh has bids from MI and RR. Nonetheless, it was the latter that got him in for ₹2.60 cr.

Indian uncapped pacer Sandeep Sharma is taken by PBKS for his base of ₹50 lakh.

Lungi Ngidi goes unsold, while Indian pacer Chetan Sakariya with a base of ₹50 lakh draws short bids from RCB and SRH before being escalated by RR and DC, as it grabs DC grabs him for ₹4.2 crore.

Sri Lankan pacer Dushmantha Chameera with a base of ₹50 lakh is engaged in a mild bidding war between LSG and RCB. However, it the former who bid ₹2 cr for him to bag him.

Indian pacer Ishant Sharma goes unsold, while pacer Khaleel Ahmed received bids from DC and MI before the former roped him in for ₹5.25 cr.

Indian all-rounder Vijay Shankar with a base of ₹50 lakh sees bids from CSK and GT before going to the latter for ₹1.40 cr.

James Neesham goes unsold, while Indian pacer Jayant Yadav with a base of ₹1 cr goes to GT for ₹1.70 cr.

Windies all-rounder Dominic Drakes with a base of ₹75 lakh sees bids from LSG and RCB. However, LSG bags him for ₹1.10 cr.

English all-rounder Liam Livingstone with a base of ₹1 cr sees an intense bidding battle between Chennai Super Kings (CSK), KKR, PBKS, Gujarat Titans (GT) and SRH before going to PBKs for a massive ₹10.50 cr.

Marnus Labuschagne, Eoin Morgan, Saurabh Tiwary, Aaron Finch, Cheteshwar Pujara are consecutive players who go unsold.

Mandeep Singh with a base of ₹50 lakh sees bids from Delhi Capitals (DC) and Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) before going to the former for ₹1.10 cr.

Dawid Malan with a base of ₹1.50 cr remains unsold

Ajinkya Rahane with a base of ₹1 cr goes to Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) for the base.

Aiden Markram is the first capped batter who is out for a base price of ₹1 cr and after bids from Punjab Kings (PBKS), SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Mumbai Indians (MI), it is the former who takes it for ₹2.60 cr.

And, we are underway, with Charu Sharma heading the proceedings again. However, Hugh Edmeades is fine and has a short message for everyone through a video,

Around 503 players are still to be auctioned. However, the franchises would be giving in a curtailed list of players they would be interested in bidding. Nevertheless, we could still be in for a surprise as after that, some of the notable unsold players can make their entry in the latter stages of the accelerated process to give the finishing touches to the teams.

Day 1 on Saturday was mostly about building bases. Most of the team did their part, as 74 players were sold, including 20 overseas players, while ₹388.10 crore were splashed. SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) was the most active team, owning ten players on Day 1, while Mumbai Indians (MI) was the silent predator, holding just four so far. Check out the Day 1 proceedings below:
