  • In a bowl, mix a little cold milk and rice flour to make a thin paste.
  • When the milk starts to boil, slowly add this paste to the milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.

3. Add sweetener and flavoring:

  • Add sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
  • When the mixture starts to thicken, turn off the heat.

  • Mix rose water into the phirni and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with chopped almonds, pistachios, and saffron.
