Here are some top Bollywood stars who failed at several auditions but did not give up. Their sheer determination paved way and made them the acclaimed celebrities they are today. 

Born in Hong Kong, and now settled in India and working in the Bollywood industry for over 20 years, the star faced several rejections during the beginning of her career. 

Maestro Mira Nair apparently ditched the star as she thought he wasn't apt for a character in her political thriller drama, 'The Reluctant Fundamentalist' (2012).

Can you imagine that nobody wanted to invest in this celebrity and cast him in the film, 'The Bombay Velvet', back in 2015.

The renowned B-town actress, who is now a producer and entrepreneur was once rejected from 'Beyond the Clouds'. (2017)

This star kid got rejected after auditioning for the main role in 'Life of Pi' (2012) and Prateik Babbar's role in the 'Dhobi Ghat'. (2010)

The 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' (2022) actress auditioned for a role in the film 'Wake Up Sid' (2009) but failed to get the part. 

Although she became the face of her debut film, 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi' (2008), the actress was initially rejected for the role. 

In his earliest days, Kaushal auditioned for 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag' (2013) but was denied the role in the movie. 

A television show team refused to cast the seasoned actor during his struggling days because of his unconventional looks.

The daughter of Amrita Singh and Saif Ali Khan auditioned for 'Thugs of Hindostan' (2018) but could not crack it.
