A fancy-schmancy breakfast is what we dream of. Who doesn't like pancakes with honey and banana or waffles in their breakfast? But according to studies, these are a big no-no for breakfast.
Coffee
For many people, coffee is like an alarm clock for the brain. But if you intake a cup of coffee in the early morning, it can secrete acidic juices leading to digestive issues.
Raw veggies and citrus fruits
There are a lot of people who include carrots and peas in their breakfast platter, and it is not healthy as it takes time to digest, leading to gas, bloating and even abdominal pain. Citrus fruits can cause acidity.
Pancakes and waffles
If somebody asks what do you want for breakfast, our first and best choice will be pancakes with maple syrup or honey with sliced bananas or warm, fuzzy waffles. Ah! Perfect. But, no, they contain flour and sugar, which can cause restlessness, make you lazy, and spike up your sugar level.
Fizzy drinks
Cokes and fizzy drinks are mustn't be taken in your breakfast. A fizzy drink contains a lot of sugar in it. This can cause a sugar spike followed by a dip.
Yoghurt
Yoghurt has lactic acid, and as it contains acidic features in it, it is recommended to avoid in your breakfast.
Granola bars
Granola bars are not healthy; they are a kind of candy bars.
Cereals
Though cereals look yummy and healthy, it has nothing but sugar in it. It also doesn't have protein or fibre.
