Make Bhat Kanji in 10 minutes, eliminate the worry of heatstroke

Ingredients:
Cooked Rice (Bhat) – 1 cup
​​​​​​​Water – 3 cups
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Black Salt – 1/2 teaspoon

	<li>Green Chili – 1</li>
	<li>Coriander Leaves – For garnishing</li>
	<li>Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon</li>
</ul>

  • Green Chili – 1
  • Coriander Leaves – For garnishing
  • Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon

	<li>Lightly mash the cooked rice so that it dissolves in the kanji.</li>

Add spices

Enhance the taste

  • Add lemon juice to it and garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve chilled

  • Refrigerate the Bhat Kanji or mix it with cold water immediately and prepare it for drinking in 10 minutes.
