Watch: Agriculture University students jump premises wall, flee hostel as Covid cases surge in Bengaluru

Following 80 students at GKVK Agriculture University Bengaluru testing positive for Covid and cases surging in the city, students staying in hostel jumped the compound wall and escaped home.

At present about 1,500 PG students are taking online classes. However, with reports of Bengaluru city witnessing about 5,000 cases in the last few days, the students are petrified about contacting the infection.

In a viral video, it can seen that students are taking each other's help to climb the compound and are fleeing the campus to go back home.
