Tharoor Backs SC Stay on Kuldeep Sengar Sentence, Questions High Court

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor supported the Supreme Court’s stay on the Delhi High Court order suspending Kuldeep Singh Sengar’s life sentence in the Unnao rape case. Calling it a rebuke, Tharoor questioned how bail was granted in such a grave offence, stressing serious flaws in the system.
