Nearly 70% Of Bihar Election Winners Have Criminal Cases

Nearly 70% of Bihar election winners have declared criminal cases against them. A total of 163 out of the 241 winners in the Bihar Assembly Polls have declared criminal cases against themselves in the poll affidavits.
