Miscreants throw traffic rules to air, perform wheeling near traffic signal

Despite cracking a whip on motorists for wheeling stunt, dangerous riding, miscreants keep flaunting traffic rules.  

Now a video of a biker along with a pillion rider was caught doing this stunt in Bengaluru south.

In the video, the miscreants were seen doing this stunt without a helmet and causing nuisance on the road.

The public is appealing the traffic department to crack a whip on such riders who take to the road especially on weekends.
