New Delhi: Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chairperson Swati Maliwal on Friday said it is a historic day today as Nirbhaya has got justice after seven years. Welcoming the hanging of four Nirbhaya gang-rape convicts, Maliwal also said that India has given out a strong message to rapists that those who commit such crimes will be hanged. She and Rekha Sharma, chairperson JD National Commission for Women (NCW), said that Nirbhaya's soul must have found peace today.
