Coronavirus: Karnataka chief minister flags off mobile fever clinic bus in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: Chief minister BS Yediyurappa flagged off a KSRTC bus turned mobile fever clinic in Bengaluru on May 11. Deputy chief minister and transport minister Laxman Savadi, revenue minister R Ashoka, Bengaluru South MP Tejasvi Surya Shivayogi C Kalasad, IAS were present on the occasion. There are two compartments in the clinic, one for the doctors and another for patients who visit the clinic for testing. The patients will be screened for fever, cough, cold and BP. 

The objective of the camp is to reach each resident of Karnataka and test maximum number of people so that the state can win the battle against COVID-19 soon.

KSRTC has already initiated these mobile fever clinic buses with the association of district administration in Mysuru, Mandya, Tumakuru, Mangaluru, Bagalkot, Hubballi, Belagavi and Raichur.
