Bengaluru's rowdy father force feeds child with alcohol, assaults wife for objecting

Bengaluru: A ghastly video that has surfaced from Bengaluru shows a man force feeding his child with alcohol at his home. The 2-minute-31-second clip shows a man placing a glass of rum in front of the child and forcing him to consume it. The man has been identified as Kumaresh, a rowdy, and in the video, he can be heard telling the child to drink alcohol and asking his relative to record the video to send it to the child’s mother. As soon as the child’s mother learnt of this act, she immediately filed a complaint with the woman and child helpline. Kumaresh reportedly assaulted his wife with a screw driver when she objected to this. With the help of the police, the child was rescued, and a case was registered at the Magadi Road police station. The cops are on the lookout for Kumaresh who is wanted in many cases such as burglary, extortion and murder attempts.

Kumaresh’s wife learnt that he’s a rowdy after marriage and soon abandoned him. She gave birth to a boy and it is said that angered over her abandoning Kumaresh, he wanted to avenge this by forcibly feeding the child with alcohol.
