After paying Rs 1000 penalty, man refuses to wear mask for 24 hours

A daily wage worker who was fined Rs 1000 for not wearing face masks created a ruckus after he said he will not wear face masks.
 
He said since he had paid a penalty, he will not wear a face mask for the next 24 hours. The daily wage labourer said he finds it difficult to breathe when he wears face masks.
 
The local municipal marshals tried to convince him, but he did not care for their instructions, saying he would die due to breathing difficulty if he wore the mask.
