Arsonists set fire to silk; farmer suffers losses worth lakhs

A silk farmer Ramakrishnappa has suffered losses to the tune of lakhs as his house was set on fire by miscreants. This act of arson took place in wee hours of July 5 at Bevalli village, Kolar district, near Bengaluru, Karnataka. A case has been registered at the Nagali police station. As of now, the motive behind the act is unknown.
