WhatsApp service for delivery of essentials launched by Karnataka CM was conceptualised by Bengaluru techie

It was a techie in Bengaluru who came up with the concept to deliver groceries, medicines, bakery items, vegetables via WhatsApp. The idea was first floated in Bengaluru South and later CM BS Yediyurappa launched the service for the rest of the city.
