Displaying no urgency in curbing the coronavirus spread, Padarayanpura residents who became infamous for their attack on health workers once again pose a great risk by not turning up for health checks.
According to the BBMP, only 74 people were tested on Thursday and many say they will turn up after Ramzan.
The other hotspot Mangammanapalya with 6 cases also poses a similar risk as community members in this ward too cite the same reason for keeping themselves away from being tested.
