'Sanghi' literally translates to someone who is aligned with the ideology of the right-wing Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh.

The million-dollar question that one poses is that even if one were to believe that Neeraj Chopra did subscribe to RSS views and ideology, does that make his feat any less significant or his medal any less historic?

Some on social media thought so, mostly because he congratulated Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his victory in the Lok Sabha election
