The data packs offered by Wi-Fi Dabba are priced as low as Rs 2. It offers 100MB data at Rs 2, 500MB at Rs 10 and 1GB data for mere Rs 20. These plans are valid for 24 hours. On the other hand, Jio is offering 0.15GB for Rs 19 with 24 hours validity, but one shouldn't forget it also includes unlimited calling.

Now, the key question, how do you buy these packs? These packs are available in the form of tokens at tea stalls and bakeries, but only limited to Bengaluru yet. You don't need any app, simply key in numbers and verification is via an OTP. It is similar to how you use Wi-Fi at hotels.

It is a licensed ISP and offers data via small routers that are powered by fiber optics. Fiber optics offer reliable connections. That explains the name 'dabba' or routers as they call it, which are now installed in 350 stores across the city.
