Bengaluru boy commits suicide over bunked classes

Synopsis

A 13-year-old boy committed suicide on Wednesday in Bengaluru after his father scolded him for bunking classes. Chandrashekhar was a class fifth student and he often bunked classes and stayed at home when his parents went for work.

 

However, after his father, Venkatesh got to know about this he questioned him followed by which Chandrashekahar told his father that he doesn’t want to go to school and he is not interested in studies. Venkatesh then scolded him and warned him that he will be punished if he bunked school again.

 

That afternoon after his parents left for work, Chandrashekhar hanged himself from the ceiling of their house using a veil.The Banashankari police soon rushed to the spot and took the body for postmortem.
