While he renders his services, he also makes sure that he teaches kids who do not have the requisite money to pursue their studies in civil services.

Presently, he teaches 100 children. He has termed it Operation Dreams.

It all began in the year 2018. He says that when he was posted in South Jammu, there were a few children who were preparing for SI, but they could not afford coaching. It is then that he decided to do something different to help these kids out.

He started coaching classes for them. Initially, there were only 10 children. Then, as his classes went on, the strength grew to 100.

Dainik Bhaskar notes that, out of these 100 kids, 30 have successfully passed with flying colours in different exams.

It is heartening to note that a pizza delivery boy also passed an exam successfully. He is presently SI in Jammu Kashmir police.

Life is hard:

For Sandeep, the going has certainly not been easy. Days before his 12th exams, his father passed away. Though this is an unbearable loss, he gave his exams and passed successfully.

In this way, he also gave other exams like Railway exams etc. Lastly, he tried UPSC. In the very first attempt, he tasted success.

He says, “I felt that I should also try UPSC once. I worked during the day and studied at home by night. I got success in the first appearance here too. Then I got the highest number in the interview.”

Sandeep goes on to say that coaching and money do not matter for studies. If you really want to achieve something, then work hard honestly, you will definitely get success.
