Harsh summer: Bannerghatta Biological Park officials concerned over water scarcity
By yacoob md | First Published Feb 22, 2019, 9:53 AM ISTWith the drought in the last few years and borewells running dry across Bengaluru, Bannerghatta Biological Park (BBP) officials expressed concerns over regular supply of water to animals. The officials say that the park has to supply 3 lakh litre of water and hence have decided to pump up three additional borewells to supply water to over 2,000 animals, birds and reptiles
