Andhra Pradesh: Four thieves tied to trees and beaten by locals of Chittoor

Four thieves tried to break in and rob a house in Andhra Pradesh's Chittoor during the Gangaiamman temple festival. the locals saw this and caught them in the act. They tied the four to trees in the locality and beat them up before handing them over to the police. Police suspect there could be more in the gang and are investigating.
