Solar scam accused Biju Radhakrishnan requests court to record his dying declaration

Biju Radhakrishnan moved court requesting to record his dying declaration Radhakrishnan said that Ganesh Kumar introduced politicians and entrepreneurs to Saritha S Nair He also said that he trusts LDF government and probe in the case and this gave him confidence to move court

Biju Radhakrishnan, the prime accused in Solar scam case requested the court to take his dying declaration. The accused said that former minister and MLA K B Ganesh Kumar was the man who conspired against political leaders like Oommen Chandy. 

He said that Ganesh Kumar introduced politicians and entrepreneurs to Saritha S Nair, another prime accused in the case. Radhakrishnan also said that he and his mother got a death threat from people involved in the case and hence requested the court to record his dying declaration. 

Radhakrishnan made the request in a petition filed before Vadakara court. He also said that he trusts the current government and Chief Minister and this gave him the confidence to make the request.

However, Vadakara Court informed Radhakrishnan that he would have to give his statement at Thiruvananthapuram court, where the case is pending. 

The accused is expected to approach Thiruvananthapuram court with the same request on October 17.
