
There is no hope for Dileep to come out of jail anytime soon with the police tightening its noose against accused persons in actress attack case. Both the trial court and High Court rejected his bail plea, and the actor has decided not to move Supreme Court soon.
Police had also interrogated Kavya Madhavan and are planning to question her again after they found some contradicting statements.

With the trouble mounting up in the family over the case, there were rumours that Manju Warrier is likely to move court seeking custody of her 17-year-old daughter Meenakshi.
However, sources close to the actress has now made it clear that the news is not true. "Manju is not some one who will take hasty decisions. It is true that she is very close to her daughter, but the actress is yet to say anything about Meenakshi's custody," revealed a source very close to Manju.
Meenakshi had chosen to live with Dileep after Manju got a divorce from him. The actress made a Facebook post explaining why she opted to respect her daughter's decision and did not fight for her custody.

Even after Dileep's marriage with Kavya Madhavan, the girl was living with them.
However, Meenakshi never appeared before media from the day Dileep got arrested. There are rumours that the girl is currently staying with her relatives in Dubai.
