The victim has been identified as Raheena, 30, a native of Parappanangadi in Malappuram The police believe Raheena was murdered by her husband Nisamudheen, who is currently absconding Nisamudheen has another wife, and the police suspect a dispute in the family as the reason behind the murder

A young woman was found brutally murdered in a slaughterhouse in Parappanangadi near Malappuram on Sunday. 

The victim has been identified as Raheena, 30. The police believe that she was murdered by her husband Nisamudheen who is currently absconding, according to the Deccan Chronicle. The police have launched a search for the man. 

Nisamudheen, who owns the slaughterhouse, has another wife, and the police suspect a dispute in the family as the reason behind the murder.

According to the report, Nisamudheen picked up Raheena from her residence at around 2 am on Sunday to help him to clean the slaughterhouse and is suspected to have murdered her there. Her body was found by the staff of the slaughterhouse when they reached there around 5 am.

Nisamudheen, who was married to Raheena for 15 years, has been residing with his second wife for the last few years.
